There is something that I have noticed that sometimes makes it difficult for people to attain inner peace and that is "living with regrets". This can hinder one's progress and success in so many ways. I am sure we have all said and done things we wish we could not have done but one thing is for sure we can not undo them. So the best thing to do would be to first confront those issues, and then try by all means to forgive ourselves. We might be torturing ourselves and trying by all means to avoid talking about things which we feel are better left unsaid not realizing that those are the very things that make it impossible to experience inner peace. It always helps to talk about things that are troubling you.I sometimes talk to myself, sometimes write in a journal and then from there I would talk to a trusted friend and then maybe to other people. The burden gets lighter as one continues talking about their so called regret and then suddenly the "regret" seems insignificant. So my tip for today, No Bottling Things Up If We Want To Attain Inner Peace.

Its very important for people to not live their lives trying to be something they are not. It is impossible to please people. Bob Marley once said that you can fool some people sometimes but you can not fool all the people all the time. I say you can please some people sometimes but you cannot please all the people all the time. Each and every individual is unique, they have their own capabilities and qualities. It is important to match these qualities with our choices. In order for us to excel in anything we do, we need to make sure that it is something we are passionate about. I have noticed something as I am going about my daily life, and it is that people are misplaced. People are in professions they do not want to be in, they are with people they do not want to be with and they are doing things they do not wish to be doing. All of the above mentioned lead to absence of inner peace. Of course this does not mean that these are the only contributing factors to a lack of inner peace, there is a whole lot more but these are some of them. We all need to take that first step towards trying to attain inner peace by changing the way we think as well as the way we do things. Its not easy but if you take the first step you will experience a sense a freedom and you will want to take the next step. Change is good.
