Our inner beings need just as much nutrition as our physical bodies.If we neglect them, they affect our physical bodies.There are a number of ways in which one can ensure that they do not experience malnutrition of the spirit.Anything that brings a person happiness feeds the inner being and people define happiness in different ways.People experience long term & short term happiness through doing things that they love and that contributes towards good health of the inner being.
